Refund policy

Return Conditions
Returns for customer's convenience will be accepted only if requested within 14 days of receipt of the product. If you wish to return an item, please contact our store as soon as possible after receiving it. However, only products that meet the following conditions will be accepted.

The product must be unused and unopened.
The product must be in the same condition as when it arrived (tags and labels must still be attached)
All accessories sent with the product at the time of return must be present.
Return shipping charges
In the case of a return for the customer's convenience, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the product is defective or if the return is the result of our error, we will pay the return shipping costs.

Refund Method
If the returned merchandise is verified by our store and meets the return conditions, the amount of the refund will be based on the payment method used by the customer. The refund amount will be the price of the merchandise only and will not include shipping and handling charges.

Exchanges
Products can only be exchanged if they are in stock. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. We will pay the shipping costs for exchanges if the product is defective or if we sent the wrong item. In other cases, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges.
